The two buildings complex on the Holy Trinity Square, the city hotel „The Golden Lamb” and the representative hall of the City Theatre, was set up after the reconstruction of an older 19^th century building. The buildings got their final appearance in 1895. Their main facade is decorated in the late 19^th century Neo-renaissance fashion. On each side there is a wing with picturesque courtyard semi-c/ircular portico windows; however, one part of the theatre side has completely changed its appearance. This prestigious building has been a social hub of the town since the very beginning, and the City Theatre of Požega with its prolific repertoire and guest performances has greatly contributed to the cultural life of Požega.
